All the way from kindergarten at New Era elementary thru junior high and Shelby High school we remained great friends and fellow trumpeters! While we moved into different directions after high school, we did reconnect again at several class reunions. The "dirty dozen" from the class of 1980 Shelby marching and symphony band has lost a great man. RIP Robert. Now you can blow your horn all the time!

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. The pain of loosing someone can be unbearable and it's hard to understand why this happened. Thankfully the Bible give us the answer. It says at Ecclesiastes 9:11 that "time and unforeseen occurrence" befall us all. Gods will is not for us to die but to live forever. That is why our loving father Jehovah God plans to bring back to life our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death on a paradise earth (John 5:27,28). It is my hope that this passage brings you a measure of peace in this most difficult time.

RIP Bob.... Nothing but great memories of our family called band. You were a fun and wonderful person and we always had the best time playing trumpet. You had a way of making that horn scream. Prayers of comfort for those you left behind. I'll know it's you at the gates of heaven when I hear those trumpets!

Our sympathy and love to you, Roberto's family. We lived next door to you in New Era and our Kevin loved playing and spending time. Playing with Arturo and all of you. I think Roberto and Kevin may be playing trumpets at Heaven's gates together!
