Roger Green Obituary

Roger Green passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on August 20, 2022. He was born on January 21,1950 in Prescot, England, UK to Joseph and Violet (Quarry) Green.

Roger had a natural talent when it came to fixing things and turned that talent into being one of the finest diesel mechanics there was.  He fell in love with the United States and met the love of his life, Kathy (preceded him in death on March 23,2022). They were married on February 18, 1994.  He enjoyed being at “The Woods” in Newaygo along with camping in Pentwater with family and friends . Anyone close to Roger knew his sharp-tongued one liners were one of a kind and sounded fantastic with his British accent.

Roger is survived by his: daughters Lori and Melissa (Steve); nephew and niece Adam and Julie; cousins Les and Ann; grandchildren Lorin, Zach, Chad, Trey, Kathryn, Ashleigh, Jake; great-grand child Lainey.

Roger was preceded in death by his: wife, Kathy; parents, Joseph and Violet; brother and sister in law Chris and Pam.

He will be deeply missed.

The family will have a private ceremony.
