Roger Alan Schultz Obituary

Roger Alan “Buck” Schultz, 67, passed away unexpectedly April 20, 2025. He was born June 17, 1957, in Shelby, the son of Roger and Shirley (Smith) Schultz.


Buck is survived by: his children, Roger A. Schultz, Joseph W. (Melissa) Weber, and Lisa V. Weber; step-children, Cathy (Steve) Carrier, Douglas Pretty; siblings, Debbie O’Connell and Greg (Karen) Schultz; grandchildren, Clayton John Schultz, Emmy Mia-Nova Schultz, Makenna Rae Carrier, Jase Allen Carrier, and Keaghan Scott Monroe; and sister-in-law, Sandy Schultz.


Buck was preceded in death by: his wife of 26 years, 13 days, and 9.5 hours, Jane Schultz; parents, Roger and Shirley (Smith) Schultz; daughter, Holly Victoria Schultz; brother, Rod Schultz and brother-in-law, Nick O’Connell.


In accordance with Buck’s wishes cremation has taken place and interment will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, May 9, 2025, at Mt. Hope Cemetery of Shelby, immediately following his father's military honors.  


Harris Funeral Home, in Shelby, is in charge of arrangements.
