Patricia "Pat" Christensen Obituary

Patricia “Pat” Ann Christensen (Mrs. C), age 85, went to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 28, 2020 after a short illness.  Pat was born to Frank and Florence Sharp on November 29, 1934.  Pat married James Robert Christensen on July 23, 1954 and was happily married for 54 years.  Pat was an avid sports fan.  She loved watching and cheering-not participating.  Her door was always open to family and friends.  She had a group of lady friends that she affectionally called “The Girls” that still met for lunch once a month as they have done for over 50+ years.

Pat is survived by her children, Debra Lanthier (Jeffery), Mary Streblow (John, deceased), Janis Stuhan (Charles) and James Christensen (Terri); her grandchildren, Adam Streblow, Andy Streblow (Megan), Kara Timmick (Carl) and Ryan Christensen; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Rosalind Mikkelson (Ted); and a sister-in-law, Jacquelyn Sharp (James).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; her parents; brother, Jim Sharp; and sisters, Nancy Higgins and Mary Jo Rambo.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 29th, 2021 4-7 p.m. at Montague Township Hall, 8915 Whitbeck Road, Montague.  Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague.
