Nancy Gayle Rolf

          Nancy Gayle Rolf, 66, of Rothbury, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, at home.  She was born August 25, 1955, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, the daughter of Clarence and Laura (Bohenberger) Kortright.

          Nancy retired from the Ace Hardware in Rothbury, where she was employed for several years.  She had also worked for Turner Brothers in Oklahoma, at a canning factory, and managed the Shop-n-Go in Rothbury.  In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed staying busy, being the activities director for the Village of Rothubury, riding motorcycles, reading and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens.

          Nancy is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Beggs and Jennifer Rolf; her grandsons, Christofer Beggs and Aaron Rolf; 3 sisters, Catherine (David) Warner, Elaine (Gary) Cunningham, and Ruth (Randy) Chappell; and many extended family members.

          Nancy was preceded in death by: her husband, Mark E. Rolf, on July 27 2021; her parents; her brothers, Lawrence Kortright, Mark Kortright, and John Kortright and his wife, Willa Jean; her sister, Janice Klinglesmith; and her sisters and their husbands, Carol and Ellis Berry, and Judy and Raymond Ochs.

          Graveside services will be conducted at 4:30 PM, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Otto Township Cemetery with Pastor Mike Termer and Chaplain Mel Hesselink officiating.  Family and friends are invited to either go directly to the cemetery for the service or join a procession of motorcycles and vehicles at the family home in Rothbury leaving to go in procession to the cemetery at 4:00 PM.
