Michael Edward Eilers, 53, of Montague, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 9, 2024. He was born July 10, 1971, in Muskegon, the son of Gerald and Beverly (Cram) Eilers.
Mike worked the last 12 plus years for T. Q. Machining Inc. in Muskegon, where he had many friends.
Shortly after graduation Mike joined the US Army and was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Mike is survived by: his brother, Geoff Eilers; sister, Kristine Burns; nieces, April Freiberg and Samantha (Jeremy) Blohm; nephew, Gerald (Beth) Burns; and numerous friends.
Mike was preceded in death by: his parents, Gerald and Beverly Eilers.
Visitation will be held from 10am until noon, Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home, 267 North Michigan Avenue, Shelby, Michigan 49455. Interment will follow, at 2 pm, at Flower Creek Cemetery, 8750 S. 44th Avenue, Montague, Michigan 49437, with Military Honors.
