Cheryl “Cheri" Margaret Oros, 79, of Shelby, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025.  She was born March 26, 1946 in Shelby, the daughter of George and Ruth E. (Miller) Baxter.
 
Cheri met Bruce Oros, and after years of dating they married in 1982.  Cheri worked for several years at Misco Aero Space, from which she retired.

Cheri is survived by: her brother, Richard Baxter; sisters, Kathleen Spoors, Kim (Rick Whelpley) Ohman, Lisa (Tim) Walters.
 
Cheri was preceded in death by: her parents, George and Ruth E. Baxter; husband, Bruce Oros; brothers, Lawrence (Larry) Baxter, George P Ohman; sisters, Michele Kreigh, and Ruth (Bing) Lewis.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am, Friday, July 11, 2025, at Hesperia United Methodist Church, 187 E. South Avenue, Hesperia, 49421, with Rev. Dr. Jennifer Jue officiating.  Visitation will be held from 10 am until the start of services Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Church.
