Barry Harris

Barry Harris: 

Bear left his earthly body to live with Jesus on April 4, 2018.  He began following Jesus in the last couple years of his life here, and wanted others to know how much Jesus loves us.  He wasn't good at everything, he was a simple man, but the two things he excelled in were profound, and clearly seen in the nature of God.  The first was loving and forgiving without strings.  It was unconditional, with no personal motive.  The second was serving.  He loved with action, and without concern as to what it would cost him. 

As his wife, I will miss him beyond words!  His remaining siblings - Carl Harris, Judy Moody and Becky Davis will also miss him, along with his nieces and nephews.  The ripples of his absence will be felt deeply by his closest and longest friends; Terry, Rick and Dennis in particular.  But even to his newer friends, specifically those of our house church called Simply Church and New Era Reformed Church, his presence is already deeply missed!  And we can't forget the kids, he loved them and they loved him!  He was a peaceful place for them, Hayle in particular.  If I ever write a book, it will be about my journey with Jesus.  But the title will be ...And Then I Married A Redneck!  I can't thank you all enough for your love and support for us, and now me.  Build your Kingdom here, Lord!
