Amy Louise Jewett-Coulier Obituary

Amy Louise Jewett-Coulier, 52, of Hart, has gone home to be with the Lord after a hard-fought battle with cancer on March 5, 2022. She was born January 2, 1970, in Hart, the daughter of Richard Jewett and Wendy (Hegg) Baxter.


Amy was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her favorite pastimes were star-gazing, painting ceramics, and spending time with her family and friends. Amy had a love for animals, especially her dog, Lola.


Amy is survived by: her daughters, Christina Sayers, Tarra (David) Smith, and Kara Knowles; five grandchildren; brother, Ken (Lori) Jewett; step-father, Ken Ingalls; special cousin, Christi Huizenga; and many aunts and uncles.  


Amy was preceded in death by: her parents; and step-son, Alex Smith.


In accordance with Amy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held in North Weare Cemetery in the spring.


The Harris Funeral Home, in Shelby, is handling arrangements.
