Tiffany Ann Ottman, age 35, passed away September 12, 2021.  She is survived by her son, Max Cubillos; her parents, Tina and Jeff Evans and Stephen and Kara Ottman; her siblings, Taylor Kooiker, Kaela Brower, Morgan and Jake McLouth, and Stephen and Emma Ottman; nieces and nephews, Landon Brower, Lexi Brower, and Tessa Ottman; and grandparents, Louis and Donna Heykoop and James and MaryAnn Ottman.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 2nd at Shelby Road Baptist Church beginning at 11 a.m. and a  memorial service will follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor Mark Baker and  Pastor Robert McNeil officiating.  A luncheon will immediately follow the service.
