Terry L. Mikkelson, age 75, of Montague, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021. He was born May 12, 1946 in Shelby to Melvin and Emily (Omness) Mikkelson. Terry graduated from Montague High School in 1964. He married Colleen Cavanaugh on August 26, 1967. They made their home in Montague and Terry enjoyed farming cattle and growing rhubarb, peaches and asparagus through the years. He was employed at Roundys Grocery Warehouse in Muskegon for twenty-seven years before his retirement. He also enjoyed watching westerns on television.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen; his children, Sharon Mikkelson, Penny (Quinten) Larson, and Andrew (Tara) Mikkelson; his grandson, Benjamin Mikkelson; and son-in-law, Robert Duty. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Roger, and his daughter, Trisha.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 26th from Noon to 2 pm at Harris Funeral Home in Shelby. Private interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague.
