Ronald Victor Prill, age 86, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Mildred (Moschke) Prill of Shelby and daughter, Ronda Jean Prill.

Ron was born April 18, 1935 in Shelby.  He married Anne Leedham on April 20, 1957.  They made their home in Whitehall where Ron worked at Genesco for forty-two years. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Whitehall. Ron enjoyed playing cards with friends, fishing and tending to his yard. Most any night you could find him on the back deck enjoying his pipe and an old fashioned

He is survived by his wife, Anne; two daughters, Barbara (Mark) Huston of Anaheim Hills, California and Linda (Mike) Babb of Kalamazoo; two sisters, Shirley (Wayne) Beachum of Shelby and Doris Prill of Fremont; and granddaughters, Shelby Barlow, Erica Huston and Lauryn Huston.

Ron will be laid to rest at private graveside services at Benona Township Cemetery in Oceana County.
