Mr. Roger Lee Lohman, 81, of New Era, Michigan, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022.  He was born May 22, 1941, in Shelby, the son of Martin and Shirley (Holtz) Lohman.

Roger was an avid hunter and fisherman and a faithful Green Bay Packers fan.  He loved watching football.  He was quite the practical joker.  Roger was married to the late Cassandra (Cass) Lohman.  He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He also enjoyed camping and bluegrass music.

Roger is survived by his: daughter, Brenda Lohman, son, Shawn (Melissa) Lohman; step-daughter, Nicole Payne, granddaughter, Cassandra (Garyt Sutton) Lohman, great-grandchildren, Emerson  John, Zayden Zachary, Dalanee, Mikala, and Scarlett; brother Michael (Trish) Lohman; sister, Sandy Kay (Tom) Lohman-Fahner.

Roger was preceded in death by his: parents, Martin and Shirley; brothers, Wayne Lohman and Doug Lohman.

Per Roger's wished, cremation has taken place and no services will held at this time

The Harris Funeral Home, in Shelby, is in charge of arrangements.
