Phylis J. Kokx, age 82, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility in Hart.  She was born October 19, 1936 in Benzie County to Francis and Beatrice (Lake) Potrafka.

Phyllis married Jack Tracy who preceded her in death.  Later, she married Harry Kokx.  She is survived by her former husband, Harry; her children, Richard (Norma) Tracy of Hubbard Lake, Kenneth (Linda) Tracy of Connecticut, Pat (Ken) Seeley of Hudsonville and Janet Tracy (Anita Palladino) of Hart; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Beth (Darrel) Alvesteffer of Hart and Dave (Nora) Kokx of Hart; her sister, Diane Blonshine; and many nieces and nephews.  She was also preceded in death by her parents and her stepson, Jack Kokx.

There will be no services.
