Nancy Kay Chase, 67, of Shelby, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021. She was born September 30, 1953, in Hart, the daughter of Homer and Shirley (Gustine) Chase.

Nancy loved making cards, traveling, and walking on the Hart-Montague Trail State Park. Nancy was very strong in her faith and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Nancy is survived by: her daughter, Annie (Sean) Graham; sister, Diane (Rich) Fassett; two nieces, one nephew, and their families.

Nancy was preceded in death by: her parents; and an infant brother, Terry.

Nancy's immediate family will lay her to rest in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in New Era.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice.

The Harris Funeral Home, in Shelby, is handling arrangements.
