Gordon Edward Anderson, 88, of Shelby, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026 with his loving family at his side. He was born August 14, 1937 in Shelby, the son of Edward and Minnie (Porter) Anderson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am, Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5631 W. Stoney Lake Road, New Era, Michigan 49446, with Pastor Sara Samuelson officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 pm until 7 pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Harris Funeral Home, 267 North Michigan Avenue, Shelby, Michigan 49455 and also one hour before services on Thursday at the Church.
