Gino Macciomei, 88, of Hart, passed away at his residence July 16, 2022. He was born August 10, 1933 in Flint, the son of Telamco and Lorenza (Simoni) Macciomei.

Gino worked over 40 years at Buick in Flint and retired at the age of 58. He loved sports, movies, trivia and was a long time member of several gyms in Flint.

Gino is survived by: his loving nieces, Denise (Steven) Brown, and Diane (Lon) VanSickle; three great-nephews, Christopher (Alex) Brown, Aaron (Emily) VanSickle, and Payton (Hannah) VanSickle; one great-niece, Jennifer Brown; and loving friend and neighbor, Chester "Chet" Bobbit.

Gino was preceded in death by: his parents; his brother Enio Macciomei; and sister, Angie Bufalini.

Gino will be greatly missed by his family.

In accordance with Gino's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held at this time.

The Harris Funeral Home, in Shelby, is handling arrangements.
