Fred Fessenden's Obituary
Fred Fessenden, age 86, of Hart, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Fred was born December 28, 1934. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris in 2011.
They owned and operated Fessenden's Adult Foster Care in Shelby and Hart. At Fred's request, there will be no funeral service.
