Cassandra Kay Lohman, 73, of New Era, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021. She was born January 22, 1948, in Muskegon, the daughter of Peter and Bonnie (Jensen) Hansen.

Cass was an avid animal lover who enjoyed going camping with her family, and playing all sorts of board and card games. Her favorite pastimes were reading, doing crossword puzzles, and watching America's Got Talent.

Cass married Roger Lohman on November 26, 1994, and he survives her. She is also survived by her daughters, Tracy (Doug) Broadwell, Shannon DeBoef,  Nicole Payne and Brenda Lohman; son, Shawn Lohman; as well as many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Cass was preceded in death by: her parents; and sons, Chad Duane Payne and Christopher Todd DeBoef.

In accordance with Cass's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
