Carol Ann Cisneros, 65, of Shelby, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Mercy Health Lakeshore Campus in Shelby.  She was born August 25, 1955, in Muskegon, the daughter of Harold and Sylvia (Pontius) Wade.

Carol worked as a bookkeeper at Oceana Foods for over 10 years; and then part-time at JR Accounting for 13 years.  She was also the assistant manager of Claybanks Township Park for over 10 years.  In her spare time, Carol enjoyed reading romance novels, doing craft projects and crocheting.  She also enjoyed traveling.  When she was younger, Carol was an avid bowler, and had even bowled on television one year.  Most of all, Carol loved spending time with her grandchildren.

On April 14, 1973, in Muskegon, Carol married Jesse Cisneros Jr., who survives her.  She is also survived by: her children, Teresa (Andy) Near of Shelby, Jessica (Chris) Rabe of Shelby, and Ben Cisneros of Six Lakes; 6 grandchildren, Samantha (Eric Gottschalk) Near, Garrett (Thea) Near, Jesse (Kelsey) Near, Julia (Brandin) Milbocker, Ryan Rabe and Brandon Rabe; 3 great-grandchildren, Nova Gottschalk, Rowen Near and Amelia Milbocker; her sister, Connie Clark of Barryton; 2 brothers, Jim Wade of Muskegon, and Terry (Tami) Wade of Muskegon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Carol was preceded in death by: her parents; her brother, Ronald Wade; her sister, Donna Wade; her sister, Elaine Wade in infancy; and her four-legged companion, Smiley.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Pine Grove Cemetery in Claybanks Township (36th Avenue & Cleveland), with a luncheon to follow at the Claybanks Township Park.  Visitation will be held Monday from 6-8 PM, at Harris Funeral Home in Shelby.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
