Brian Edward Burke, 73, of New Era, passed away Monday, October 19, 2026, with his loving wife at his side. He was born January 19, 1953 in Shelby, the son of Roger and Edythe (Pierson) Burke.

Brian is survived by: his wife, Joann (Gall) Burke; children, Robert C. (Emily) Greenman, Jeffrey P. (Rachael) Greenman and Donald A. Greenman; grandsons, Damian, Colin, Landen, Logan, Andrew and Chase; nieces, Annette (Ray) Gilbert, Rhonda Bancroft and Ranee Billings; great niece, Tonya (Curtis) Zack; great nephews, Tyler Billings and Tucker Billings; several other family and special friends.

Brian was preceded in death by: his parents, Roger and Edythe; brother, Raymond and his wife Norma Burke.

Cremation has taken place per Brian’s wishes. The family requests that a donation can be made to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon, 1050 W Western Ave, Ste 400, Muskegon, MI 49441, in lieu of services at this time.

A memorial may take place at a later date.
