Bonnie L. Burmeister, age 62 of Hart, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 in Whitehall, Michigan.  She was born January 28, 1958 in Hart, the daughter of Elvin and Lillian Thompson.

Bonnie worked as a cook in different restaurants.  She retired from the dietary department at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility.  She was a devoted mother and grandmother.  Bonnie loved to do word searches and she enjoyed watching WWE wrestling.  She also enjoyed scratch-off lotto tickets and conversations on the phone.

She is survived by her son, Doyle Burmeister, Jr., daughter, Sheyenne VanVleet; grandchildren, Reneleigh VanVleet and Layne VanVleet; her brother, Wayne (Karen) Thompson; sister, Becky (Jeff) Reid; nephews, Justin (Wendy) Reid and Scott Reid and other nieces and nephews.  She was  preceded in death by her mother, Lillian,  sister, Cheryl Thompson and brother, Johnny Thompson.

Private family services will be held for Bonnie.
