Alexander "Alex" F. Smith, age 24, of Shelby, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019.  He was  born November 22, 1994 in Shelby.

Alex was raised in Shelby and was a 2013 graduate of Shelby High School.  He had worked at Indian Summer in Hart.  Alex lived in South Carolina for a year before returning to this area in June.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Gaileen Smith and George Coulier (Jennifer Hickman); grandmother, Jackie Davenport; his sisters, Darcy (David) Torrey, Sarah (John) Fessenden and Makayla Smith (Levi Aspy); his brother, Eric Sevarns (Amy); and many nieces and nephews.

A reception/visitation will be held Friday, October 25th from 2-5 pm at Harris Funeral Home.
