He married Paige Beyer on April 30, 2011.  Lino spent 25 years in the clothing manufacturing business before moving to Michigan in 2012.  He spent many years working alongside his father and developing suits for the Canadian Military as well as high end clothing stores.  Being fluent in multiple languages, including French, Italian and English, Lino found himself doing contract work for Bromberg and Associates of Troy, MI on a part-time basis and was most recently employed with Haworth of Ludington, MI as a production coordinator.

He was a self-taught and highly skilled electric guitar player with a great passion for music since he was in his teens.  He also had a love of baseball and hockey, a loyal fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Montreal Canadians.

He is survived by his wife, Paige; his children, Adam Battista, Thomas Battista and Cassidy Battista.  His children were his proudest accomplishments in life.  He is also survived by his mother, Teresa Caruso; sisters, Connie (James) Gleeson and Tiziana (Jason) Bontempo; mother-in-law, Debra Beyer; brother-in-law, Chris Beyer and sister-in -law,  Abigail (Scott) Lazarski; as well as many nieces and nephews across the globe.  Lino was preceded in death by his father, Giovanni Battista and his father-in-law, Thomas Beyer.
