Karen S. Hawkins

Karen S. Hawkins, age 55 of Shelby, passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2018.  Karen was born on August 22, 1962 in Shelby to Bert Hawkins and Dorothy (Greene) Hawkins.

She was a 1980 graduate of Shelby High School.  She is survived by her children, Stephanie Dean (and fiancé, Will), Danielle (Kurt) Skinner, Joshua Creed and  Hunter Creed (and fiancee, Kim); grandchildren, Skyler Creed, Kurtis Skinner and Adalynn Dean; and  her siblings, Marion Eschman, Jean VanRaalte, Carol Stanage, Helen (Jim) Parker, Linda Dodge, Laura Vos, Cheryl (Darrell) Fessenden, Dennis Hawkins, Debi (Jerry) Hallberg, Daniel "Bo" (Brenda) Hawkins and Cindy (Steve) Vinke.  Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Dorothy Hawkins and her siblings, Joseph Kokx, Sr.,  Rose Sines, Delbert Hawkins and David Hawkins.

Visitation is Sunday, April 22nd, at 1 pm followed by a funeral service at 2 pm at Harris Funeral Home in Shelby.
