Jilleen Kay Bosch, of Claybanks Township, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 8, 2018. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final hours.
Jill was born in Grand Haven, Michigan to Forrest Odell Grieve and Esther Marie (Ferris) Grieve on February 12, 1942. She was a graduate of Montague High School. Robert Lee Bosch and Jill were married on June 18, 1960. She worked as a cake decorator for Gales IGA and Hanson's Foods in Hart, as well as Meijers, Antons, and Walmart in Muskegon. Besides working at the bakeries, Jill has baked and decorated cakes for family and friends all of her adult life. "Praise the Lord" was Jill's favorite greeting. Her love for Christ and His Word were evident to those she met. One of her favorite joys was to sing and praise her Lord Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 52 years. Jill is survived by her son, Charles (Julie) Bosch; daughter, Margaret (John) Sawin; her grandchildren: Jeremy (Kali), Josh (fiancé Mikaela), Jared (Katie), Alaina (Will), Seth (Karah), Caleb (Brandon), and Jesse; great-grandchildren: Aliviya, Ryan, Carson, Sawyer, Connor, and Avah; and her brother, James (Merry) Grieve. Jill also loved her extended family: John and Jeanne Jager; Chad and Erin Warren.
Services will be held at White Lake Baptist Church, 5280 Dowling Street in Montague on Friday, October 12, at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow.
