Edward L. Alexander, age 82, of Hart, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 in Muskegon. He was born July 22, 1935 in Rothbury and raised in Ferry Township. He was a self-employed logger.

Edward is survived by his children, Sherry and Russell Alexander; sister, Marlene Aiken; brother, Ronald (Rose) Alexander; eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Edward John Alexander; father, Levert "Bid" Alexander and mother, Elizabeth (Sumner) Croff; stepfather, Niley Croff; and siblings, Milo "Mike" Alexander, Lois Moss, Levert Alexander, Maxine Croff and Ruth Syers.
