Angel Pena-Salinas, age 70, of Shelby, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Shelby. He was born June 9, 1948 in Monterrey, Mexico, the son of Fidel Pena-Escamilla and Maria Salinas. Angel had been employed at Peterson Farms.

He is survived by his wife, Graciela Hernandez-Pena; his children, Angel Pena-Hernandez and Graciela Rodriguez-Pena; his grandchildren, Juan Pablo-Rodriguez, Angel Alejandro Rodriguez-Pena, Angel Alejandro Pena and Damien Dominic Pena; and several brothers and sisters in Mexico.

Visitation has been held. There will be no funeral service for Angel.
